At Taylor Construction Inc., (formerly R&R Taylor Construction Inc.) our strength lies in our people. From our dedicated office staff, including Project Managers, Office Administrators, and Project Engineers to our skilled field crew of Superintendents, carpenters, and laborers, every team member plays a vital role in bringing your vision to life.
We’re more than just coworkers, we’re family. Building strong relationships is just as important to us as constructing the spaces you’ve dreamed of. We believe in taking care of our team, and in turn, they take care of our clients and each other.
Many of our employees have been with us for over a decade (some 2 decades), a testament to the loyalty, respect, and shared values that define our company culture. At Taylor Construction, we lead by example. No task is too complex or too simple. We approach every project with the same level of commitment and care.



Russ is a Bozeman native whose family has been in the area since the late 1800’s. He obtained his education through the Montana Carpenters Journeyman Apprenticeship Program (JATC) while employed with Structural Systems. Russ has built and remodeled several projects over the years and is a huge asset to R&R Taylor when it comes to knowledge of construction practices.
Russ joined R&R Taylor in 2009. Now partnering with Chase and Bill as Taylor Construction Inc.

Chase Dyksterhouse

Chase Dyksterhouse is a Gallatin Valley Native. After earning his B.S. in Construction Management from Boise State, he worked with an Industrial General Contractor. He moved back to Montana in 2013 and worked as Construction Project Manager for Yellowstone Club Development where he managed all phases of construction for high end custom homes. Chase joined R&R Taylor in 2015 as an estimator and project manager assistant. Chase, Russ and Bill now partner as Taylor Construction Inc.

Bill Siebrasse is a Montana native. He received a Master’s Degree in Architecture from Montana State University in 2011. After graduation, he stayed in Bozeman and started as a carpenter for R&R Taylor before moving on to pursue a career in architecture with Think One Architecture and Construction Management. In 2016, Russ and Ray asked Bill to return to R&R Taylor as a Project Manager. Bill joined Chase and Russ Smith in Ownership of Taylor Construction Inc. recently.

Amber Hale

Amber Hale is our Office Manager and Accounts Recieveable, providing support to all staff as part of the management team. Amber has a bachelor’s degree from California State University, Chico and a background comprised of the medical field, education and construction. She handles accounts receivable to payroll, and everything in between to help the company run as smooth and efficient as possible.

Sam Barnes grew up in Bakersfield, CA. He received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering in 2021 from the Colorado School of Mines. He worked as an underground laborer for Kenny Construction, then as a project engineer for Barnard Construction after graduating university. In 2023, Sam Barnes joined R&R Taylor Construction as a project engineer. In 2024, Sam moved into an estimator/project manager role.

Ryan Kratky

Ryan Kratky grew up in Green Bay, WI. He received a bachelor’s degree in construction management from UW-Platteville in 2019. After college he moved to Montana and worked as a project engineer and then a project manager for Barnard Construction until 2025. Ryan then joined R&R Taylor Construction as an estimator/project manager.

Born in Montana and forged in the wilds of Alaska, Brittney brings grit, resilience, and quiet confidence to her role as a Project Manager. Her career was built in demanding environments where adaptability is essential. Now back in her hometown Billings, Montana, she enters this next chapter with the Taylor Construction team brining clear focusdriving precision, elevating standards, and delivering results. Known for sharp instincts and a composed, solutions-driven approach, she leads complex projects with clarity and control.

Russ Olsen

Russell Olsen started with the company in 1981, when it was owned by Robert A. Taylor. He was one of the first employees hired by Taylor Construction’s new owners in 1984. Russ learned the construction trade from the ground up, starting as a laborer, carpenter, superintendent, to project manager. Russ is a native of the Gallatin Valley, past President of the Montana Contractor’s Association, and current President of the Montana Contractor’s Compensation Fund.
